how hard is it to do an auto to std tranny swap on an s14 se, what do i need do i need to upgrade any thing?

any info would be helpful.

it's easy. First, do a search, as said above, covered many times here and easily found. Second, it's so easy that if you have to ask, get someone else with a little automotive know-how to help.
