If you are behind the car facing towards the front. Look under the car. You will see the diff hanging down. At the bottom of the diff you will see the drain plug.
1. Loosen the drain plug with a 1/2 inch socket wrench and let the fluid drain. 2. Re install the drain plug with some rtv on the threads. 3. Loosen the fill plug on the side of the rear diff cover. It is about 2 inches higher than the drain plug. 4. fill the diff with 75/90 gear oil, using a hand pump which you can purchase at any auto parts store. 5. re install the fill plug and your good.

if you can't understand this, then go pay for someone to do it instead.

Check #1 in sig. MA and MT sections for reference.
Make sure you can get the filler plug off before you start draining. If you can't get the filler plug off, don't drain it. It's also a good idea to get new filler and drain plugs from the dealer. |

To make life easier, i suggest this setup. Works very well for me. Put one end in the bottle and the other in the diff and drill away. Everything was purchased at home depot. All you need is:
1. Drill pump 2. pump to hose fittings 3. hose 4. if you dont have one already, a drill ![]()

Yes. Nice drill pump.
Anyways. Racing oil is only meant to be operating at certain temps. Usually a heavy racing gear oil can make the tranny feel clunky, and grind (if worn) Until it heats up. For the stock open diff just run whatever you want. It doesnt matter. Any 75w/90w will do.
