it just doesn't work all of sudden... I mean the housing does not go up and down... I guess maybe the relay got some problem, but is there any way to check it? thanks for any suggestion...

Relay, motor, or linkage could all be the culprit.

My problem was my motor. Except they would go up, but only one would go back down. I would assume relays though, since they don't even go up. And since it's all of a sudden.
