Wierd Vibration sometimes

When I bought my car, it had some belt squeal after 4kRPM.

I was going on a cruise with local car club the day after I was changing my belts , I couldnt find a PS/Crank belt, so we just left it, cut the AC belt off because couldnt find one either (went to 5 places, no one had one) and then changed the alt/crank belt.

the squeal is gone, but now, there is an almost rubbing noise coming from my engine bay, i cant locate where exactly its coming from but its very anoying and I would like to find out what it is.

The thing is, its only seems to happen when I start my car when its cold outside , not cold enough to see your breathe but cooler, say at night time like 1 or 2 am.

Any ideas? It could be belt noise from the PS belt, or would it be possible its because there is no belt onto the AC?

did you clean the pulleys before putting new belts on? or where the pulleys really shiny and polished like? If so, you need to scuff the pulley with a scotch brite or somethin. little rocks and shit get stuck in between the belt and the pulley and polish it making it squeak and vibrate etc....blabla also an old school trick.
