s13 Removing fenders??

I bought a new fender and i was planning on taking off my stock one before the new fender came in but there is one screw located on the inside of the fender when the door is opened...my problem is i cannot reach the screw b/c the fender is dented...is there any other ways i can take the screw out??
I tried a screw driver, wrench and drill
What else can i try

Your answer's simple. Take the tire off & remove the screws holding the plastic fender liner in place. Once the screws are out, remove the plastic fender liner. Removing the plastic fender liner will give you access to the inside part of the fender. Use a pry bar to push the damaged fender portion out of the way & then use a Bolt-Out screw extractor kit to remove your stuck screw.
