Best place to buy s14 kouki JDM front bumper

I have a 98 kouki, and the front bumper needs some painting, but Im just going to get the JDM kouki bumper and then paint that one.....wheres the best place/price to get one? Also, should i opt for one without the area for a front license plate? (im in fl, we only need rear) And does anyone sell them with fog lights and turn signals?

Does it hook up to the factory wiring (i already have usdm foglights)

And, where do you get the JDM lip? Thanks!
