need help ordering wheels for drag

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok, well i want to order some new wheels

looking to get 15x10r and 15x3f, prolly gonna get the work meister s2 r

I have 50mm rear fenders and would kinda like to still be able to fill em up. i'm also not sure on tire sizes, most likely will get some et streets or something like that. will be making around 600whp so i will need somthing will hook, especially with the use of a two step. tried a couple of offset calculators, looks like 15x10 -10 would fit fine and i could run a fat tire to fill the fenders in.

let me know if ya'll need any more info on my car..

current wheel setup 18x12 r +10 and 18x10f +10

thanks in advance for any help

on the strip, form follows function. who cares if it fills the fenders, just make the car faster. save the uber flush crap for the street and car shows. just make sure it doesn't rub. do those wheels you listed come in those sizes? i think KA-t.org had a group buy on drag wheels.

another problem, the offset calculator will tell you if the wheels will fit, but the tires will stick out a lot more with the drag radials. if you are pretty flush right now, i would give your self at least an extra inch to work with. i'd go for something in the +10 to +20 range. don't try to stretch the tires on the drag wheels, you'll be shooting yourself in the foot.

oh no stretch

26x11.5-15 for the rear tire, on a 15x10 rim, should work good,

those tires are as wide as your current wheels, so with a +10 offset you should be as flush as your current setup. i wouldn't go any lower than your current offset. unless you are really close on the inner clearance i would go with a +20 or +25.
