basically what the topic says , is it worth it to change out my fuel rail , injectors , and maybe fuel pump , on my ka thats staying NA. will it give me any kind of power increase or what??

depends on the amount of power you want to push..  On a high output N/A motor you will need more fuel, but the stock injectors should be good to 200-220whp.  I doubt you will over go over that.
When I say High output, I mean race ready with indv. TB's, and High Compression, completely worked head, standalone engine management, etc..

So NO..  if your are staying N/A you will not need to worry about fuel for a while.
