Nissan sells a huge list of gear sets, all available through the dealer. 4.36 and 4.63 are the only two numerical higher options for the R200 case. We knew this in 1991.

im pretty sure if u get the nissan part number u can order it from any local nissan dealer ship because nismo is sole nation wide now at all dealerships...
