Not recommand to shop there!

I found a buy it now auction by Drift Factory on Ebay for Peak Performance toe control arm. I "PAID" for the item right away on April 16th. I thought I would get a tracking number right away or at least a email to let me know the item been sent out or what not. Two days later I got nothing so I sent them a email and tried to call them. They didn't reply my email and nobody pick up the phone. So I kept calling them everyday, still nothing. Never got a email from them at all. I was so hoping for the toe control arm to come in one day so I could get alignment done on my car before I trash my tires.

I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone today April 24th(8 days later). They told me the order have been canceled today because of my address, but I had stuff send to me before from all over the world. Then I ask them can I come pick up the toe control arm myself since I do really need it. They said to me that they sold the last set. Seriously, how could they do that!

I wouldn't be so piss if they tell me the next day that they can't ship to military address! only 8 days later!

Maybe next time they should list NO military address or say don't like to do business with veterans!

If your a veteran why do you have a military address?
I still don't get why they wont ship it over the phone to a military address. I had plenty of stuff delivered to the barracks from ups, usps, and fedex.

I have never dealt with this business but I have a buddy that has delt with them with the same sort of problems.
