Evidently they consider the 2.4 liter four banger N/A 240 a turbo vehicle.  By they I mean All State Insurance.

Can anyone provide me with any information on this?  I am being quoted at 2060 a month and that is just for liability.  I am 18 and driving under a year.  Please let me know whats happening?

$2,060.00 per month<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>  Did you type that right?  I can understand per year or maybe even every six months if you're a new driver.  but dude.  that's $24k a year just to insure your car.  F that.  buy a moped and leave the car in the garage.

i have allstate insurance. i pay ~$650 / 6 monthes. im 17, with good student discount, automatic seatbeat discount, and driving school discount. thats on a my 240.

basicly it shouldnt matter what car you have. all liability rates are  a flat rate. if i drove a Z, a volkswagon, or a lambo the rate its still $650 for me.

$2400 would be right for comprehensive. do you have anything on ur record? tickets or colisions? that will make it expensive reall fast.

I pay $560 every 3 months for full coverage.  I have no tickets, wrecks, or anything.  Completely Clean Record.

I'm 18 years old.  Does this seem right to you guys?  I got an estimate from Gieko, not gecko, and they estimated me $10 more.

I will be paying a little over 1500.00 for full coverage and i am 20 witha little over a year driveing and 6 points on my record.Geico wanted a whaping 460 a month with a 661.00 down payment.So i would be paying over 2gs every six months.

i pay 2600 a year in NJ just for liability.  tell me how much that sux.  it leaves me almost no money for mod. money.  next year when i go to college im gonna be screwed.

Progressive wanted 5g's for 6 months of insurance for me and im 17, So i hung up on the women and ive been driving my car with expired plates on it, but finally by the end of the month im going to get insurance under sisters name.

I'm 17 in Jersey with All State in my name and I pay $869 for 6 months. The lady said that its considered a sports car (rwd, 2 door). But she also said if my grades were better I could get a discount.

o yea i forgot to add that i pay 2600 a year on my parents policy.  it would be over 3k if i had my own and thats just for liability.
