Rear Strut Tower Bar

I just got a rear strut tower bar and i remember a couple weeks back i came across a s14 that had the rear bar below all the radio stuff so it didnt pertrude from the top of the car and was hidden from view..

i couldnt see how it was done so if somebody knows how to do it would you please help me. i tried myself a couple days ago but got stumped on how to do it.

my car is a 95 zenki...

thanks for the help.

some bars are designed to go over
some bars are designed to go under

you bought the former
you want the latter

Pull the carpet down, there's a gap in either strut tower, slide the bracket through it and lay it down on top of the tower. It's not brain surgery.

^i tried what you said but when i pulled the carpet down i truly see no place to slide anything onto the towers. i pulled the carpet down and its just the towers and the panel that holds the speakers.

it looks like if i take the panel out that holds the speakers i can put the bar there but if i did that the speakers wouldnt bolt down the same and it would look all overlapped and crap.

any other things you suggest or can you be a lil more specific? maybe with pictures?
