Silvia Headlight wiring help??

Ok..I'm up to this point of being finished and Almost every thread I've found has 'dead" links,no pic's.

I've got the dual projector headlights and THEY will not work. The Wiring looks ok at the harness and everything plugs up.My JDM lights came w/ everything & I even got the fogs working fine because I spliced in off the Motor harness so the pop switch inside will turn them off and on,..though not sure if it works like that or not..
but the High beams and low beams do NOTHING.Is there anything else I'm supposed to do w/ the headlight Motor harness or Whats the deal w/ the relay your suppsoed to remove i thought I read.
heres some pic's:

This is what I have left: 1 is the Fog light plug,1 is the Main headlight harness plug, and the taped up one is the pop-up headlight motor Harness

everything should be plug and play correct?
Yes,..I have tried swapping the bulbs (have some regular H3's laying around) and did the Ground trick (H3c to H3 mod) and even they won't work.Tried the new bulbs in the highs and lows.

I'm thinking maybe there something in the headlight motor harness I need to Splice or something?

anyone have a chart of what wires (coming out of the OEM US factory Headlight harness) I could just go straight to the bulbs w/o the JDM headlight harness (the plug that looks like a house hold recepticle)?

help please

It's plug and play.

Check your fuses/bulbs.

Have you tried plugging in the old headlights to make sure they work.

I mean it's pretty much the same thing from usdm to jdm.

Checked all the fuses - plugged the old headlight back in and it works just fine.
Went and bought some New H3 bulbs and still nothing.

The CRAZY thing is when I grounded the low beam H3 (needs a H3C) the damn high beam for some reason comes on when the Stalk is pressed foward (like its supposed to).Pull the gound to the body off and the high beam will not work.
Its obvious its in the JDM Headlight harness.

ANYONE have/Know What 3 wires coming out of the US Headlight harness ARE??I'll just make my own harness and alleviate that part of the equation.

Shit is killing me.
If I had some H3C's it would make things eaiser to figure out but because I have to "ground" the H3's the wiring gets hectic.

If it is the headlight wiring I can help you a little. I have two wiring from two different car, one is on my 92 hatch, and one is from another S13(don't know wt yr).
Here you go:
My 92 hatch:
Positive-Green/yellow
negative-Pink
Alt-Red/black

S13(unknown yr)
Positive-Red/blue
Negative-Red/green
Alt-Red/White

I think you should know the Alt if for the three legs(don't know how to spell ??prompt??) connector light bulbs, like the H4. The alt is the power of the high beam, if you have a three leg low beam, you can make a wire that connect from the alt to the third leg(the top horizontal one) of the low beam.

Don't know if this is wt you needed, but it is easy once you find wt wire goes to which light.
