I recently had my car converted from auto to manual...but on top of that..i also had sr20 dropped installed too..i got it done for $1000..that's because i knew the guy..but other shops would charge you roughly around $500-$600 just to do the auto to manual conversion..

1000 is not bad at all..where in nyc is this shop...i think you will need a driveshaft and ecu also? the brake pedal you can cut for the same size as the clutch pedal..

It's about that much for the wiring! As far as the auto to manual conversion goes, i have no idea! Do it yourself? My dads in the process of doing it himself on his s13 convertible!!!

depends where you buy the engine set..they go for 1900 to 2300 bucks..a place like heavythrottle will charge almost 3,000 because of there reputation and warranty and there 24 hour assistance..i think its worth it

The swap down here to me are pretty expensive i recently got a qoute before i left my car at my friends shop it was...complete swap $2000 and installation $2000. That meant driving car for $4000 but i would have to take out the old Ka and do the auto to manual swap....

$2000 for installation is too much...i got a quote from this shop that wants $1600 for the swap, including doing the harness...and they are well known in NYC...
