s13 Is this all I need to put an aftermarket steering wheel?

http://www.justjap.com/parts_ninterior.htm

I have super HICAS still active. Do I just need to get HKB Hicas Enabled Boss Kit? or do I need to do other things? I have cruise control as well will I have to relocate buttons?

Yes, that hub is all you need and yes, if your cruise control buttons are on your steering wheel, you will have to relocate them.

Or you could just leave it be, and not use cruise control at all. Thats what i opted do anyway.

I never really looked into after market steering wheels cause i heard it was a pain in the ass to put them into a car that has super HICAS still equip. Can I place a quick release with the hub or is that something else? and how hard is it to put the hub in?

its the same with hicas, but the horn contacts arent there. you have to rig up a diy if you're using a regular hub. iirc worksbell has a hicas specific horn. but whatever, i dont have that problem so yay for me.

a quick release is a universal part. It can be used on any hub. Installing a hub isnt hard dude. There's write ups all over the net (including this site) for it. Just unscrew and remove the old stuff and put on the new stuff.

Relocating your cruise control buttons is more involved, but again, its not hard. There's a write up on here for that as well. You basically just run wires to diffferent buttons that you mount in your location of choice.

Seriously guys, do a search. This stuff has been covered before.

I used an HKB sports hub on my Hicas equiped hatch, and the Kazama Hicas lock bar to disable Hicas.

Installing a hub/steering wheel is not that difficult if you know how to use handtools.
