I'm looking to buy a '91 HICAS car for a parts car locally for my '91 non-HICAS. Is HICAS something that i would want to try and do a swap for? Or does it have alot of porblems/not work well? Thanks

I don't think we do <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> I've never driven a HICAS equiped car but I don't think I would like it. Just like some ppl don't like anti-lock brakes. Also people have said it actually HURTS cornering abilities in some cases, but I don't remember how.

it does hurt cornering abilities. it makes it easier to drive smooth, but if you like absolute control of the rear end while turning you dont want it. if you plan on doing any drifting, its a very good idea to get rid of HICAS. TOMEI makes HICAS locks which are very popular with drifters in japan
