i'm going to Houston this weekend with a friend of mine to have is SpeedPro computer tuned. i was wondering if anyone has equiped this stand-alone system in their 240sx. i'd like to wire in a &nbsp;SpeedPro system when we do my sr20det swap, but that all depends on how well these guys tune it this weekend! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'> thanks, any info would be awsome.

The speed-pro is a good system, very common with carburated V8's that decide to go EFI. &nbsp; You might want to check out other stand-alones to compare it to the speed-pro

thanks for the reply... i'm also looking toward MoTeC and DTA systems... the reason for the SpeedPro was because we would have some idea of what we were doing, but the MoTeC is what i'm really interested in!!!

thanks again,
-travis

If you can afford it and know of some one to tune the MoTeC then by all means go for it. I've heard different things about the MoTeC, and the DTA is also a great system. You might want to check out Haltech and Electromotive as well, another really good Stand-alone would have to be the Autronic. This is the one that a friend of mine is using in his 7-second lancer this site hasnt been updated recently but it gives you his old setup.
