OBD2 Car OBD1 motor question..

alright so i did some research on this but it seems like people are doing the reverse of what i am doing.. I am currently in the midst of a 2jz swap but my car is a 96(OBD2) and the motor is a OBD1. I am going to be running an AEM..so my question is..what else am i going to need to make this pass inspection? Because having 2 interfaces is def going to cause issues..

Thanks
Rob
