my neighbor bought a 240 for his daughter.  a black 91 S13.  it needs a new engine though and hadnt gotten the title yet.  he just skipped town though and my mom said that she has no desire to keep the car, so i might buy it for a few hunderd bucks.  what do you guys think i should do with it?  sell it for parts?  make it a race car?  can i make it race car and not have a title for it?
