sorry to bother you guys, i'm a newbie. i've got a black 97 se coming in january (i know, long time.) But i've done some research on engine choices and i've come down to three; turbo the existing ka, sr20det, or ??rb26dett??.
ka = good torque, supposedly able to be a killer with as little as 7 (half bar) boost.
sr20det = easy swap with already installed turbo, runs behind a ka24de.t. though (bigger turbo upgrade, but that would cost more still).
rb26dett = twin turbo set up <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
