z32 ebrake help, s13

i just finished the swap but i have no ebrake. I know i need to use the 2+2 cable which is better, but can it be from any year and n/a or turbo???

Also can someone tell me why ppl trying to buy from others on here which cost over 100 something for two damn cables when you could get it new on http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...1209776k359377
for like 70$$ with shipping???

Unless ppl dun know bout it or something,

2+2 cables and you need to make some kind of brackets to mount the cables about 1 inch off the bottom of the car. they cant mount in the stock location cause they are a few inches too long. i mounted mines about 4 inches aft of the stock mounts, kind of a pita.

well i saw someone did it b4 where they mount it directly to the stock mounting place near the t-bar with just a flat piece of metal with holes in it but that not my question as above, im trying to ask does it matter what years the 2+2 come from? Has anyone buy the cable from ROCKAUTO like in the first post if not then why since it is a lot cheaper than most place and ppl on here

Search, there was an article out on how to make brackets and how to extend the lines without buying the whole assembly using construction cable straps.
