Well, I was hoping I could get someone to do a write-up but here are some pictures that might help you see what's going on. It's really easy to do.

Spacer install

I did this last week and so far I'm happy with it. I will probably end up making some that will do the same thing only they'll look better. I'll second that <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;lol but seriously. &nbsp;these pictures tell the story quite well. &nbsp;not much else to say the top ones are slotted so you dont have to drop the subframe completely. &nbsp;(the tech side of my brain is shut down today) &nbsp;just remove the L shape brackets and the rear bolts to slide the top set in. &nbsp;place the lower set as you rebolt the l brackets and the rear bolts back in. &nbsp;center as much as possible. &nbsp;it'll take longer to slot and notch the washers than to installthe things but they are a very noticable difference <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
