Electrical probleme! Help please!

I have a problem on my s13.. when I flash (left or right) everythings flash one shot and then stay always on! ( everything; the cluster, my gauge, my brake lights, my side marker..etc) Everythings also light up when I put my headlights on. The flasher stay on at the same time (not flashing but always on) Do you have any idea?

check fuses and relays to see if any of them blown. sometimes it happens when you cross the battery wires and it takes out some fuses.
