WTB: 240sx shell and rear shocks or coilovers

in the market for a cheap fastback shell, must be rolling so i can tow it...car should in within 2 hour radius from marysville/yuba city. don't car much about the color or condition, as long as there isn't any major frame or body damage.

also looking for a pair of rear coilovers (cusco/megan/tein's...) or a pair of rear struts (kyb, tokico, koni, ebachi,...) because my rears are blown.
