![]() i have a 95 240 sx that was converted from an automatic to a manual transmission...recently it threw a P0705 code which is a Tran Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction (PRNDL Input). I googled the code and most of what i read refered to cars that have automatic tranmissions. My question is do manual tranmission vehicles require this sensor or are they only found in automatics??? If it is in manuals how can i fix this problem? any help is greatly appreciated

The ECU is looking for an input that no longer exists. Ignore it.
