Motorcycle sound? SOHC

Alright so I was driving on the freeway and I started to smell burning and a clicking sound, so I pulled to the side and saw that there was smoke around the 2nd spark plug. and it started to sound like a chopper motorcycle or something..When I drive it definately feels like it lost power. any ideas?

Thanks

Is the spark plug even in there tight??

I had a spark plug just come out on my Karman Ghia one time. Same thing, loud, and loss of power.

^ that actually happened to my Lincoln once. It was due to the wrong spark plugs though. Damn Pep Boys' employee gave me the wrong ones

Did you blow a gasket or something?? Check the plugs and make sure they are good, and not fouled.
If one is really different than the others, thats probably the problem.
After they are all good, make sure they all spark.

then get a can of starter fluid, and spray it around the engine intake and vacum hoses and head gasket seal, while the car is running. if the engine idle picks up, you have found an area with the leak.

sounds like it is probably on the emmisions end though. headers are tight? no leaks anywhere??
check your oil dip stick, any metal flake. water in the oil??

Im giving you some pretty generic stuff to start with, but no one else is replying and its sunday, what else ya gonna do?? lol

really though, i think maybe its just a spark problem of sorts.

Did you replace the gasket?

Also, did you change your spark plugs?
