Is it possible for me to install nismo subframe bushings without a press.Im trying to decide between that and SPL solids and its based on installation now. SPL says theirs will go in pretty easy if you freeze them while nismo says they have to be pressed it.

did it with a BFH and if you ask what that is then you cant do it.

I guess that answers it then thank you we are doing it at my friends shop were he services the farm equipment so he wil have a few BFHs
