read mixed answers. is this install kit what i need to run mooneyes wheels?

That's what you need.

i Called Mooneyes then grant a few weeks ago and this is the adapter to install a moones wheel to you steering rack. If you want a QR GRANT makes one for about $200+

Or redrill your wheel for a 6bolt.
