Hi fellows.

I am about to do "KAAZ LSD swap", here is the quesiton.

How many output shafts is required to do this task??
My car came with an "OPEN DIFF".

Some guy told me that all I need is " one output shaft 38220-52F01 to make my KAAZ work. So can somebody confirm this?

keep your stock suspension. buy an LSD first. YOU WONT REGRET IT
and in auto-x you can stay in the same class if you are a dishonset..i mean..sly guy hahaha

Just tell them that the "clunking" noise when you turn at low speed is your CV joints going bad...

Well.

Got mine from Phase-2, $ 810 after tax and shipped as I live in CA too. :^(
BTW, it came with not only a LSD but also a pumpkin gasket, two LSD cone spacers plus 2 pressed in bearings for output shaft :^)

I personally give Phase-2 two thumb up!!

PS: I had to pay my "TRD 2 way LSD only" for $700 plus tax and shipping, this is for my previous AE86.

Compare to KAAZ unit for my S13, I am quite happy with this deal.
You would understand what I mean if you ever seen one for AE86 and S13. Size does matter................

Yeah I'm familiar with the AE86, almost bought one instead of the 240, but they don't get any respect here, I couldn't find any parts, and the car was a total terd.
Cusco makes a nice LSD for those, but you can get stock VLSD's off ebay for 100 bucks.
Anyway I know what you are saying.
That sounds like a good deal for yours, the cheapest I have found the Nismo 2 way is 800 bucks, its what I was thinking of going with (if I can't find something used from an importer).
I'm really afraid I'm gonna get billed for a Nismo 2 way and get a VLSD or a 1.5 way or something, any body reputable selling used lsd's out there?
