OK guys need some major help here.

Car : 1990 240sx
Motor : red top sr
ECU ; 62

Problems:
Fuel pump not coming on
CAS has no power to it.
ECU has no power from either pins (38/47)or even the back up)
Well relays are good ohm out jus (plus have about 12 we tried)fine. Pump is fine cause jumping relay it works. Car wont start with jumped fuel relay.(prolly cause no power to ecu.)

1.Where is the main power to the ecu come from?

2. What else will cause these problems?
