I went last year in LA. Was the most amazing experience ever, I heard people saying there were +70K people there, and I'd believe it from the pictures I have.
Once Van Dyk finished up his set I was watching EMT's running into the main stage crowd area and picking up a few bodies. So I wouldn't be surprised if there were a few dead e-tards.

As for partying for two days straight? Well, there are many tricks. Just be smart, don't take anything you don't feel comfortable doing, keep hydrated, and don't get trampled under foot in line.
Last year everyone just stormed the gates and I seriously almost got crushed just trying to get in.

last years edc was wayy too crowded, so much so that I didn't really enjoy it. but edc 07 was the shit. hopefully this year will be better, with better phone reception too. Im plannin on gettin VIP so I can have unlimited alchy AND water FTW! (and maybe a few skittles ;P)
