weld rims what offset?

im trying to get a set of weld pro stars for my 240sx 91 hatch. i want a nice deep dish all around and i want to run M/T drags on them. but i would like the deep dish on all for rims not just the back.

i was thinking 15x10 in the back but off set do i need and what size and offset for the front for that deep dish look.

also i would like these rims to sit rim where the fender well stops so when my car dips at the track it doesnt hit the tires and cut them up. anyone can help me with this look im going for? thanks so much guys for the help and time reading my problem.
