Manifold/Wastegate advice

I've made a post before on some manifold ideas. This one is a tad different. I do plan on going with an externally Waste-gated GT2871r. I have a spare head I am going to have work done on. So I am limited to doing it in a certain order (too expensive to do all at one time)

1. Manifold - (has to be done first so I can port match the head)
Also needs it set up for for external wastegate before its ceramic coated (for obvious reasons)

2. Polish Head, Deshroud Combustion chamber, Swain Coat,, ect,, ect.

3. Upgrade to GT2871R

I've read that the Tomei Manifold gives great response with only a little sacrifice to high end compared to a equal length tubular. Only prob is, I can't seem to find a good T2 manifold that is set up for external wastegate w/o having to weld it on myself. Yes, I know for the first part of the I'll be using an external WG with a stock T28, but its the upgrade path I am forced to take.

Any suggestions on a good manifold (My ultimate goal is ~400whp with good response). Thanks in advance

I tried looking up what a Vband is. I admit, I did not find much information. Only thing I've been able to find is a Vband Housing and a Vband Downpipe, and by the pictures of them, I'm not 100% sure how they work.
