If you have the KA harness you can use that with slight modifications. As far as turboing the sr20de, it's got even higher compression than the KA so you'll need decent fuel management. The nice part of the sr20de is you can pull all the turbo related parts from the DET variant.

If you're not familiar with the components to go turbo then at this time I would recommend not turboing. You'll have issues enough getting the SR20DE up and running. As far as the short list of parts you need: manifold, turbo, pipping and more important than anything else fuel management. Read the links I posted before and you'll get a better idea of what you're getting into.

The parts you'll eventually need can be had from any DET, whether s13, s14, s15, they'll all work.

On a personal note, I would just rock the SR20DE as is. If I really wanted to turbo, I'd grab a standard issue KA and turbo that. Nothing against SRs, other than the price of entry and being in California.
