What is the Advantage of Dual Diaphragm Pressure Plate?

Hi, I have recently sourced a local custom clutch kit from Illegal Garage. It is a full face copper/kevlar disc with dual diaphragm pressure plate. This set up is going to put together with an Exedy light weight flywheel on my stock s14 SR.

I'm a first-timer for my SR swap and I have little experience on aftermarket clutch kits. My biggest priority is streetable then comes to occasional autox and track.

1. With dual diaphragm pressure plate, it should increases the clamping force; however, with my stock horsepower, is it necessary?

2. Illegal Garage uses stock pressure plate and modifies it into dual diaphragm. I have another option is to use my stock pressure plate if dual diaphragm is too hard on the pedal. (I was told it should be 20% stiffer)

3. I have nismo slave cylinder, does it make a perfect combination for what I opt for?

i had the same question awhile back but i used google
Clutch 101
basicly makes the pressure plate stiffer (more pressure to the clutch and pedal feel)
