if i were to get a crapo cone filter and adapter plate where would that one hose go thats hook to the stock airbox?

on my injen the hose goes into the adapter plate

i bought the same thing off ebay, and just plugged the hole (with the end of a chair leg pad...) anyway, it is just for emissions and crap, dont worry about it...

or you can get a piece of cloth and ziptie it to the end of the house. What I did is cut the finger off one of those cheap 99 cent cloth gloves and ziptie it.
