For an s14 body, heres what you want.
17's or 18's. You can fit 19's but it's pretty much generally accepted that 19's are too big too look reasonable. I think 18's are perfect. Minimum 8" width. 7.5" wheels and thinner will work, but theyre for FWD cars and also look stupid. You can fit up to 9.5" wide all around without major body modification (tire size also has a large say in the matter). The lower the offset, the better theyll look. Lower offset = more aggressive stance. Any of that +30 +40 bullshit is for FWD. Look for an offset around +12 to +25 for a basic (read: not too crazy, but still good looking) setup. The more aggressive you go with wheel sizes and widths, the more conservative youll need to be with offset. But generally speaking, 17-18" wheel, 8-10" width (staggered preferred for most people), and +12 to +25ish. Thats a good basis to start at.
