So lets start a list of LOW PRICED($600 or less) 15", 16", & 17" rims with 15+ offset or less and include a rough price they are selling for.
(I'm looking for cheap rims with nice fitment, this list could be used as reference for others)

My contribution:

-Enkei 92's Meshies 15x7, Offset +0 --- $250-$400

-Sportmax 501 15x8,16x8, offset +15 --- $300-$400

-Sportmax 002 15x8,16x8, offset +0 --- $300-$400
