The KA hoses are pretty dang close, and I'd just swing by Napa and find one, they carry all sorts of hoses. It's handy to take something like a coat hanger or welding rod and bend it from center to center of your inlets to find the perfect shape, or something you can work with. Also remember to measure the diameter of the inlets for hoses size.

MISHIMOTO sells lsx swap rad hoses for a ka radiator but are expensive. This is going to make it easier on your self since the thermostat outlet is larger than the rad outlet. Other wise go to a auto parts store and find pre bent hoses that work and use a jointer to connect them (since you wont find something that is an exact fit) |

Thanks everyone. For reference, I wound up using a 2004 Corvette Z06 lower radiator hose. I trimmed it a tiny bit and it seems close enough for now, at least. It isn't perfect though so its on my list of things to go back and re-do later if necessary, as the rad might need to move anyways. What was nice about it though was the lower part of it had the smaller size for the KA radiator, and the upper part has the larger size for the water pump, so it was almost a perfect fit.
