Another one bites the dust

Well my 92 coupe is dead.
A lady in a full size conversion van pulled right out in front of me.

Here's how it went down.
I'm heading home after a miserable day at work.
I'm cruising(at the speed limit,45mph)in the right hand lane.
As I near an intersection I see that I have a green and I continue through.

Now here's where it get's interesting.
The van was sitting at the light(a red light)in the "straight only"
lane. The "right turn" lane is an "on ramp" that feeds into the road that I was headed down. When I was about a cars length away from her she starts to turn right, right into my lane. I lock up and hit her. There was nothing I could do about it. Needless to say my front end is destroyed, my plans for the car are F@#ked, and I need to find another coupe.
That's going to be fun.

I guess the lady's head hit her drivers side window when I hit her. I hope it hurt.
I don't get how someone that stupid was allowed to get a driver's licence in the first place.

I haven't been able to talk to my insurance company yet, so I have no idea how this is going to play out. But, I must say, the little 240 held up pretty well considering how big the other vehicle was. I was expecting more damage.

I am unharmed.
