ka24det help!! stolen goods now wont run

i have a ka24det, ran fast and fine. anyways, i wake up one morning to move my car for the street sweeper, only to find that someone that can afford life stole my stereo.
it gets worse, my Apexi SAFC was in the way of the stereo so they disconnected it and stole that too. now my car turns on, still sounds really healthy but wont run good at all. feels restricted once it reaches about 2000 rpm. maybe the ecu needs to be retuned?

hopefully its something cheap, schools coming up so im forced to sell the car unless someone thats been through this can help me out with a cheap fix. please help get my Berry Blossom get back on the road
