Hello friends! I have an 89 rps13 & the engine vibrates like crazy. I pulled all the plug wires when on & when I pulled the 2nd one the vibration didn't get any worse. I checked for spark & it's sparking & I changed the injector out for a new one but it still vibrates. It makes the whole car shake when it's on & it gets even worse just above idle. It straightens out once I get to higher rpms. Any ideas?

Does it sound like a boxer engine??? WRX for that matter? check your spark wires, if not maybe the dizzy cap or rotor. Open that up and get a nail file and clean the terminals. That should help, if not, time to change those parts.

You don't have an RPS13 if you have a KA24E.

double check everything related to that cylinder. Pull spark plug and check it, make sure spark plug wire is secure on both sides, check the fuel injector, and check the harness that plugs onto the injector, try wiggling the clip around and seeing if your idle jumps around.
