91 s13 fused box wires

dropped my sr into a shell that i bought and noticed a couple wires that are exposed under the passenger fuse box. can anyone tell me where they go?

the brown/wire and black are cut and the black/wire and black/yellow are joined together.

Brown and black wires are for the electric fan.
