Help with Diagnosis Boost Isnt Kickin In

Hey so I recently bought that s13 off oscarmagana in the car for sale thread,

So the car is fine at idle, car up really fast when cold, Car does fine under light driving, has a Profec B 2 Controller and I have it on factory settings that i set, HKS ssqv greddy FMIC setup.

I think the problem is most likely a boost leak, but I want zilvias opinion.

The car still gets to like 1.xx KPA boost I think But I am not feeling actual pull, And i am not hearing the Blow Off Valve as Loud as I did on my last 2 cars which had them. its way quiet you wouldnt even know my car is turboed unless i was flooring it and let go. Once I get to WideOpenThrottle or past 3/4s down the pedal u can hear the turbo really loud but the car is not getting anywhere lol, if your just cruising the car is fine, oil levels fine etc c0mpression

I think it might be an Actuator Problem or
MAF ?( but car runs fine and idles fine )
Boost Leak( Wouldnt I still get power ?)( I will leak check this saturday)

So Yeah I wanna know what you think what my problems most best define in the mean time. Thank you
