Weird ignition issues

hey guys I am having issues with my sohc s13. Hers some background info: it was an auto but has been swapped to 5 speed but still has the automatic ignition. I got into my car one day and put the key in and the idiot lights won't come on and the fuel pump dosent turn on. The car trys to start when I turn the key but it is obvious that it isn't getting any fuel because the pumps not on. My dash lights also stay on all the time when the car is running but shut off when I turn the headlights off. I checked all re fuses and relays and they are all good. I am stumped and need help quick to get my baby back on the road. Any info would help. Thanks!
