my single cam KA recently started making a "clicking noise", the timing chain used to rattle a lil bit but this is a different sound and it only clicks when im giving it gas, if i downshift or leave it on neutral it doesnt doit, what can it be?

and

im getting a "clanking" noise coming from my suspension when i turn the wheel,i have coilovers so i doubt its the springs moving, none of the boots are ripped,arms and joints look fine, what can this be?
