Random Bucks at stop?

When Im at a complete stop like at a red light, sometimes it'll buck a tiny bit a couple of times randomly. Nothing to to bad, but its deffintitly noticeable and its doesnt do it in park or neutral at all. Only at a full stop while in gear. No MILs present.

Its a stock automatic KA24DE with new battery, plugs, and starter.

P.S.: Not sure if this has anything to do with the issue, but the trnnsmission is kinda shitty..
