Best bet is to measure everything out. Try to fit the wheels on firstto see how much space is needed if any. I am guessing from the looks of the 521's Ive seen in person they are pretty flat faced and not very concave. I would just order the PBM 30mm spacers as they are adjustable from 30mm down to 3mm. I own them and I have used Ichiba and Touge factory. PBM are by far nicest that I have seen and owned.
