Starting Problem
Just started happening out of no where. My car started grinding slightly when I crank the engine. At the end of the day it wouldn't start and started clicking and grinding. It starts to grind about the same time the car is about to start and then starts to click. I replaced the starter and it still grinds about 2 rotations of the engine and takes a couple cranks to start up. One other thing that also happens is the clock resets everytime the I start the car and it grinds and doesn't start.
Could I have gotten a bad starter? The teeth on the need one is like my old on. Could my relay be going bad and is only giving power here and there causing the grinding?
