I am curious to know how much it would be for a person to be caught with a dc sports 4-2-1 ceramic header for s13

Like any modified emissions ticket don't matter what it is ..mine was 250 I believe..and it was over stock parts..most cops don't know shit..i.e officer m.fullen 1274 opd gave me a ticket for a floor mounted ecu and the 5th spark plug that the 91-94 dohc 240 needs in order to power the distributor ..his excuse and I quote "I don't know what I'm looking at so I'm gonna have to send you to someone that does" wtf ???

So once you are caught the fine is mandatory? Or is it possible to install the stock header back on and pay the 25 dollar fee?

Nope you still have to pay fee..it's not a normal fix it ticket the 25 doesn't apply..I thought is did but I was wrong ..judge slapped that fine on my ass like a pimphand on his hoe...
